Adam Britten

When I began in recruiting 11+ years ago, my focus was primarily in Healthcare space and provider recruitment for large military events, preparing troops for deployment. My experience in Healthcare Recruitment has opened many doors and allowed me to work in different facets of recruiting.

Over the years, my experience has expanded into many domains and I've become diverse in all industry verticals. Much of my success can be attributed to my mentor and owner of The Stone Alliance Group, Monica Stone. We strive to maintain client relationships while providing quality candidates for very reputable, growing organizations.

My experience includes, however, isn’t limited to Healthcare, IT, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Insurance, Fiserve, Entertainment, Education, Non-Profit, Travel, Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Gov't Contracting.

I have a BS in Sociology and served in the United States Air Force

Most people call me Britt or Coach

I coach and serve on multiple youth athletic boards. I'm married (almost 10 years), have two boys and a Boxer puppy, they keep us very busy.  On weekends and multiple weeknights, you'll find us in a gym or on a ball field. 

I was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY... graduated from SUNY Oneonta, played college basketball, lived in Boston, FL, and attended basic training and tech school in TX, before realizing how much I loved my hometown, Saratoga. 

My first job was managing a deli starting at age 14 (5 years), then bartended at home and during school... prior to dedicating my life to Recruiting, I first worked professionally in Insurance claims and Gov't contracting.
