Contract-to-Hire Placement: We work to provide a temporary assignment with the intention of the candidate becoming a full-time employee. This allows the candidate and the client to get to know each other before making a long-term commitment. Stone Alliance Group handles all payroll.
Direct Hire Placement : We actively recruit to locate candidates to join the client company as a full time employee from Day #1. Absolutely NO charge unless you hire one of our candidates. All Direct Hire Placements come with a guarantee.
